Keystart Campaign
In 2021 Keystart – an initiative of the Western Australian State Government, launched a new brand campaign aimed at reinforcing its key proposition. Providing home loans with deposits as low as 2% without lender’s mortgage insurance, Keystart’s offering was being lost in the complexity of the journey to home ownership, often being confused with everyone from builders to brokers or banks. Together I worked with Copywriter Anneliese Sullivan, Art Director Ellen Treharne and Animator Tracy Kim, and together we produced a series of humorous and distinctive radio spots and animated online videos to run across broadcast video on demand and social media, with the goal of attacking the issue that Keystart was facing. As the sole designer and illustrator on this project, I had a great time working on such a fun brief and in 2020 we were proud to pick up a few awards for it. Including Campaign Brief finalist for the category of TV Campaign of the year, a PADC silver for Broadcasting & Online Film Up to 60 seconds, and a PADC bronze for Radio, Streaming & Au Up to 30 seconds
